Speaker range exceeded
The speaker has a range of 10m (33ft), should you exceed this - move both devices closer together, turn the speaker off and back on again and the connection should re-establish.
Interference by other devices
Sometimes other devices may interfere with your connection. Please ensure that any other Bluetooth devices or wireless technologies are off or out of range to re-establish a connection.
Turn the speaker off and then on again.
Turn off your device's equalizer.
Make sure the speaker's volume level is not too high.
Make sure your Bluetooth device supports A2DP to confirm that audio can be streamed from your device using Bluetooth.
Still not working? Ensure both devices are paired then turn the speaker off and back on again. The connection should be re-established.
Change the volume on the other device.
Charge the internal battery.
Make sure that the main switch is in the MP3 or Bluetooth position.
Make sure your mobile phone is equipped with HFP.
Make sure both devices are paired.
Turn the speaker off and back on. The connection should be re-established.
Press the "Play/Pause/Phone" button to resume playback.
Make sure your mobile phone is equipped with AVRCP - a feature which allows Bluetooth devices to control playback of media on remote devices.
